New Features Added

Chat and Imageboard are up!

The Chat is a java plugin for IRC. I've tested it on IE and Firefox and it seems stable. If you'd like to join us using mIRC or another client, we're on irc.rizon.net in #shibukai.

The Imageboard is also ready. At the moment there's only one, but I might add more if requested. Post whatever you want, but please keep it work safe.
